" Hi there, I am the famous Honey Cat. I was born under a bee hive and I’ve been living all my life around bee farms. I just love it! It makes me so happy to take care of the bees and give a helping hand to beekeepers! I travel around the Globe to constantly meet new bee keepers and discover amazing honey.

By the way, I’m also a respected professional honey taster. That’s the reason Republica BIO ® guys (nice guys) hired me to be their honey expert. For them I do all the work in honeys: I meet the bee keepers, inspect their farms, check their papers, interrogate the bees (sic!), taste their honey and send the honey to specialised labs. Only after everything is analysed thoroughly in laboratories, I sign their papers to proudly become Republica BIO suppliers.  
 

This year, I found a brave beekeeper in Transylvania, Romania. Ioan is making honey since forever and always organic. It’s a pleasure to work with his bees. It’s a yummy-in-a-jar. All organic and fair trade, of course! “

We are the Cămărăşan Family from Bistriţa Năsăud, and we care for our bees by carefully complying with the rules of organic farming: no antibiotics, no glucose or added sugar, no crops splashed with chemicals.

Our bees collect the nectar from the plains and wild forests of Transylvania. Once turned into hives, they turn the pollen and nectar harvest into precious organic honey

Our honey is RAW: it contains enzymes, minerals and vitamins. Thanks to these nutrients it is recommended by nutritionists and doctors for a healthy diet.

Organic Raw Mountain Flowers Honey
